Description
An E‑Series full-body phototherapy system begins with a single “Master” (M) device, which can be either the 2-bulb E720M (shown here), the 4-bulb E740M, or the 6-bulb E760M (the second digit indicates the number of bulbs).
The Master device is the “brains” of the system. It houses the digital countdown timer, a keyed switchlock to prevent unauthorized use, the main power supply connection, and brackets to mount it to a wall; which are all located near the top of the device. All E-Series Master devices can be connected with one or more E-Series “Add-On” devices to allow the user to expand their home phototherapy system to almost any size or shape they wish, to decrease their total treatment time.
The E-Series Master device comes with our comprehensive User’s Manual, one set of ultraviolet protective goggles, two keys for the switchlock, detachable power supply cord, mounting hardware, a 4 year product warranty, a 1 year bulb warranty, an arrival guarantee and freight to most locations in North America; all included in the price. There is nothing else you need to purchase to begin your treatments.
The SolRx E-Series uses exactly the same Philips TL100W/01-FS72 UVB-Narrowband bulbs as found in clinical phototherapy equipment and Solarc’s venerable 1000-Series full-body panels. However, because there are only six (6) 100-watt bulbs, full-body treatment times are longer than devices that have more bulbs, but nonetheless still highly effective. For patients that are not certain about the effectiveness of UVB light therapy, or those on a limited budget, starting with just one E-Series Master device, with the option to purchase additional Add-on devices in the future, is the perfect path to follow.
The E720M uses a standard 120-volt, 50/60Hz, 3-prong grounded power supply commonly found in North America and can operate up to 12 lamps total. For a larger and more powerful E-Series booth that can operate up to 24 lamps, a 208-230-volt, 50/60Hz, 3-prong grounded power supply (Model #E760M-UVBNB-230V) is available.
